When and how do I pay the rental and deposit?
Rental and the refundable deposit are payable in advance by cash or bank transfer before you take the vehicle. Extensions are only possible on request and must also be paid in advance.
In what condition is the car handed over and returned?
The vehicle is handed over washed, tidy, clean and with a full tank. We expect the same condition, including a full tank, on return.
What if the tank is not full or the car is dirty?
If the tank is not full on return, you pay the actual cost of refuelling plus a handling fee of 300 CZK excl. VAT (363 CZK incl. VAT). If the vehicle is not returned washed and clean, we charge a flat fee of 700 CZK excl. VAT (847 CZK incl. VAT) for standard cleaning. For exceptional soiling (pet hair, mud, odour, etc.) you pay documented actual costs, at least 700 CZK excl. VAT (847 CZK incl. VAT).
